We collect the information you provide when you register an account (name, email, phone, child’s first name, areas of support needed), the information Learning Support Assistants provide on their profile (qualifications, experience, expertise, documents, video introduction), and the messages, contracts, payments, and meetings exchanged through the platform.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the marketplace: matching parents with vetted LSAs, mediating contracts and payments, handling disputes, and improving the platform. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
