About

Why Incluzun exists

Incluzun was founded in 2021 with a vision to create meaningful impact in the lives of children, families, schools, and People of Determination. We began with a simple belief: inclusion should not just be spoken about, but actively practiced through the right support, training, and opportunities.

Our mission is to help schools, families, and organisations build strong and sustainable inclusive environments. Through LSA placement and training, school support, consultancy, professional development, summits, and awards, we work to empower educators, support families, and improve outcomes for every learner.

Over the past five years, Incluzun has grown from a vision into a trusted inclusion partner across the UAE. We continue to move forward with one clear goal: to break barriers, create opportunities, and build a future where every individual is valued, supported, and able to succeed.

How we think about inclusion

Every child is an individual case.

We don't batch approaches by diagnosis. Two children with the same label often need completely different support.

LSAs are professionals, not staff.

We train, pay, and retain them accordingly. The quality of support your child receives depends on the quality of the LSA's career.

Schools are partners, not customers.

Our best outcomes come from deep relationships with inclusion departments over years, not one-off placements.

Families deserve honesty.

If we're not the right fit, we say so and refer you elsewhere. The fastest way to lose trust is to take on a case we can't serve properly.
