This Incluzun Safeguarding Training course is designed to equip practitioners with a clear understanding of safeguarding policies and their critical role in protecting children, professionals, and organisations. It explores why policies are essential, how they provide structure in complex or high-pressure situations, and how they ensure consistent, legally compliant practice in line with UAE safeguarding expectations, including Wadeema’s Law.

Learners will develop awareness of their responsibilities, understand how to respond appropriately to concerns, and build confidence in applying policy in real-world settings. The course emphasises that safeguarding is not just procedural, but a professional mindset rooted in vigilance, accountability, and child-centred practice.
